The location was perfect, just steps from St Mark's Square. The shower corners needed better cleaning.

Convenient location near major attractions.
I found the shower corners needed better cleaning than they received. The room, although expected to be small, felt even more cramped than I anticipated, making it uncomfortable for my family. the noise level from the neighboring streets was intrusive during daytime hours.

Maison Ducal impressed me with its fantastic breakfast. Options included bacon, eggs, pancakes, fruits, and pastries, making mornings delightful. The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the Bridge of Sighs yet tucked into a charming, quiet alley. The room, though small, had a pleasant charm typical of a boutique hotel, and the air conditioning was strong, keeping the space comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern vibe in the bathroom. Staff responsiveness before my arrival also stood out. they quickly addressed my questions and requests. On the downside, the lighting in my room was temperamental, which occasionally made things tricky when I needed additional brightness. the canal view I hoped for was not as impressive, requiring quite a lean out of the window to catch a glimpse of life on the water.

Perfect location and charming stay!
Had a lovely 2-night stay. The room was super cozy with a nice touch of elegance. Breakfast was amazing, especially the pastries! The location is perfect for exploring. Only wished the Wi-Fi was stronger, sometimes it got a bit spotty. But overall, a delightful experience!

The Comfort Double or Twin Room was cozy and had nice finishes. It felt a little small for two, but overall it was clean and comfortable. The canal view was pretty limited, had to lean out a bit to see it. Breakfast was a huge highlight with a tasty variety each morning. The location was great, a quick walk to St Mark's Square. Definitely a charming spot in Venice!
